It is easy to get discouraged when attempting new things, especially when those around you mock your attempt. Still, children need to know that it takes time to be good at anything, and I'm glad the book teaches this important lesson.

Well no bad comments when it comes to children's novel since it is always a fun and educative material for all kids. However this story got great lessons for readers between the ages of 4 to 8 years old as recommended. Great review.

Nice book review
Often the insults we are getting will be fuel to the success. It is how we take the comments of others matters. If we take the negative comments and change it to positive instead of reacting to the comments, we will for sure probably win the world.
I am sure that children will find this book very useful as it contains colourful comic content. A good message indeed.
Thanks for the review

“VROOM! Barry, Kari and the Power Boost!” by William G Wilberforce III is aa story for children 4 to 8 years old. The theme of the book is never give up and practice makes perfect. It also gives examples of how friends help one another achieve their goals. The book is well written without any errors and should be enjoyable for children and the parent that reads it to them. I liked the character names and I could put myself in the shoes of the characters and feel the desire to excel at racing and other goals in life.

Very cute book! I really liked the message of focusing on what your goal is rather than the mistakes you made while learning. Also a good book for discussing how teasing and telling others what they are/are not good at isn't kind to do! On the flipside, to also ignore others when they try to put limits on what you are capable of! All you can do is keep practicing and focus on what your personal goals and interests are.

Sometimes in our lives, we want to give up, just like Barry, but then someone comes along and inspires us to try again. We need to be surrounded by individuals like that. This is a lovely read for kids that will keep them interested.

Children's books are dear to me, and this story sounds like something I'd enjoy even as an adult. The power of words of affirmation and perseverance seem to be the main theme here. Having a strong support system helps achievers reach their dreams. Congratulations on the BOTD.
