Thank you for your review! I love the fact that Nadira isn't your traditional damsel, but more, I love the fact that she isn't the only girl who isn't traditionally perfect. The fact that her friend is also a strong character says a lot about the author and the book in general. Oftentimes in a book like this, in an attempt to make the heroine stand-out, the author will make all of her friends "good girls," which, in a way, makes the heroine and book less impactful. I really appreciated your review, and now look forward to reading the book myself.

I am a major fantasy reader, read all Harry Potters ten times EACH. The sample of Nadira is so riveting and entrancing from the very start, chasing through the forest only to realise it's just a bet. I look forward to read the entire novel

The moral of the story is very interesting. I have grown up being a tom girl..and I can't help it. I don't think the way a regular girl would. At Least that's what most people say...so I have learned how to love and accept my self. This is my type of story and I will sure read it. Thanks for the review.

Sounds interesting. A fairy tale without the damsel in distress. It seems to me that Nadira has super powers. I'll have to read the novel to know for sure.

I so agree with our friends about the book. It says we have to fight our wars ourselves and be strong. The princess didn't wait for prince to help her but she herself stood brave in dark times and win the evil shows we shouldn't be afraid of problems and solve them with bravery and courage
