The three stories sound intriguing on their own but I think the quality of illustrations is what gives this book an edge. As you say, older kids enjoy the stories and the younger one can enjoy perusing through the pictures meaning it caters for all ages. Great book. I enjoyed reading your review

I love that the book seeks to teach children the importance of asking for help; that is something valuable. Of all the stories you mention, the one that catches my attention the most is that of the twins. The illustrations are very cute. Excellent rating, so I hope to read it soon. Great job.

I think this is a good book for children especially with the illustrations. The aspect of three separate stories is also an added element since it means more moral lessons and fun for the kids. The author's decision to have three distinct storylines in one book is fantastic, in my opinion! A youngster can read another of the stories that interest them even if one narrative does not. My favorite is definitely the one about the fictional toy being real. Children appear to find Gilby's story to be quite intriguing. I'm hoping Gilby brought some food back from the desert. Congrats on botd!
