The author's decision to have three distinct storylines in one book is fantastic, in my opinion! A youngster can read another of the stories that interest them even if one narrative does not. My favorite is definitely the one about the fictional toy being real. Children appear to find Gilby's story to be quite intriguing. I'm hoping Gilby brought some food back from the desert. Congrats on botd!

I'm older than the age demographic for this story but I believe a lot of children will definitely enjoy this story and the illustrations. Great review.

This is a well-written fantasy story for young children. It teaches some important lessons, like the importance of asking for help. It is also a useful aid for developing comprehension and grammar skills in young children.

I wouldn't have picked this up because of the cover but based in the OBC review, this seems to have interesting stories.

''3 magic Dreams" by Matt Norton Art is so unique and special loved by children, it's so interesting of how Gilby was swallowed by the monster and spits him out in an island far away from home. It also teaches lessons for children to acknowledge the parents. Great review and it is a must read especially for bedtime. Congratulations BOTD

Great and wonderful review, children would enjoy this adventurous book especially in bedtime stories, it sounds interesting with caves and dinosaurs sounds exciting, would love to get one for my grand daughter.
