I love books that focus on the relationship between humans and animals, which is essential, in my point of view. So this is definitely a book I would recommend to small children.

This is an interesting educational children's book highlighting the relationship humans have with their pets, companionship, and a special trip to the library. The book is temporarily discounted on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD.

I find a narrative from a dog's perspective enjoyable. This book conveys commendable lessons such as gratitude, kindness, obedience, and the desire to help others. I think it is an excellent option for young children.

I don't have pets, but I understand how they can bring so much joy to their owners. I like that this book is written in the dog's perspective. I am sure children will lap it up.

I think the cover could be a little more colorful especially for children. The book and contents are amazing! I love how Gma takes her time diligently with McTavish. This is just the way animal lovers are that really love their animals. I always say if your pet could talk what would they say? McTavish felt the love from Gma, from putting on his leash to putting him on his seat and buckling him in the car. Not to mention how well behaved McTavish is. I’m pleased with this sample and would read to my granddaughter. :D

Your review was well-written and descriptive. I enjoyed the sample pages, which had beautiful illustrations. The author has used simple vocabulary, keeping in mind the target audience. I liked the loving bond between the service dog, Mr. McTacvish, and the owner, Gma (which I assume is short for Grandma). Congratulations on being selected BOTD!
