I love the concept of a grandmother who turns into a bat at night—what a fun and whimsical premise for a children's story! The review does a great job highlighting how the illustrations bring the story to life, especially by making the characters expressive and engaging. I also appreciate that the book focuses on a simple adventure rather than forcing a moral lesson, allowing young readers to just enjoy the magic of storytelling. It sounds like a fantastic read-aloud book, thanks to its lively dialogue and straightforward narrative. Great review!

Thank you for the review. Thank you to the author for the free book and the opportunity to review it. I read the book. JJ and Mia notice Nana's loose skin under her arms, and Nana gives her grandchildren a whimsical tale about her 'batty wings" and how she uses them to protect them. This is a beautifully illustrated child's book.

"Batty Wings" by Marlene Rattigan, a book that features a grandmother and her two grandchildren.

The Review alone entices one to go and read the Full story for themselves, Children generally love a book with fun illustrations and lively depictions, it activates their very own imagination. But I instantly thought it would have been about a lady who transforms into a butterfly in the secrets of the night. Lol awesome review though, It honestly had me, I need to read the full book for myself it's truly captivating.

This sounds weirdly interesting. But then, that's how most children's book that are captivating are.

The cover is adorable, and the description including the whimsical imagination of the children is appealing as well. Young kids will enjoy this cute book, especially with Nanna on the front having bat wings. Thanks for the review!
