This is a lovely children's book. My little ones will enjoy it as they love animals. I like that the book fosters friendship as is noted between Kailey and Sammy. The mystery animal being a giraffe makes the story fun. Thank you for your great review.

It sounds like a fine children's book which may also hold some lessons. The animal theme always seems to be popular with children.

Farms always carry precious animals. Here we have Farmer Beau and Gamma still looking to take in more animals. This is a classical children's book with colourful illustrations and bright imagery. It teaches children about love and acceptance Thanks for your review.

Seems like a cute story about animals interacting and talking. It would appeal to a young audience ages 3-7. Seems like an educational read. Congratulations on botd. Great review.

This book sounds cute and like a good way to teach children about acceptance, diversity, and embracing change. Of course, the most direct parallel seems to be when a new sibling (adopted, fostered, or biological) is brought home, but the lessons could apply to a variety of scenarios. Farmer Beau's Farm is entertaining, to say the least. Who doesn't love kittens, let alone one that has befriended a rabbit and is fearful of the prospect of having an 'unusual' sibling? This one is a great read for kids! Congrats on the BOTD!

I grew up having people come come with us. Sometimes, it felt as though my parents were showing more love to them than me, but I kept my feelings to myself. Therefore, I can relate to Kailey and Sammy's dilemma. This will make an exciting read for children.
