It definitely has a Looney Tunes flavour graphically: there’s even a Bugs Bunny look-alike. I imagine the concept of sibling rivalry/jealousy, which the kitten and bunny experience pre-emptively, is difficult to explain without using a lot of text. You didn’t explain why this book didn’t draw the top rating, though.

This book is perfect for kids who may feel less important when there is a new baby in the family. I am curious of the mystery animal and why Sammy and Kailey felt threaten of it. The moral values of acceptance though different from the group is also noteworthy. Congrats Botd!

There are good lessons and morals for children to learn. Children much older are suited for this book as the text is lengthy. Very young kids like more illustrations than text. It is even better that the text is separated from the illustrations. Congrats on todays BOTD.

This would be intriguing for a child who would probably cruise through the pages to get to the next picture and also to find out about this mystery animal. Great book. Thanks for the review.

It is interesting for children’s book. The storyline and images would interest mostly children but an adult can read them too. I do enjoy children’s book when I read it for therapeutic reasons. Congratulations on being the book of the day! Nice review.

This book looks like something that my daughter will like. I love how they describe the things we can see in the farm. Even though they have pictures all ready in the book, I still see vivid pictures in my mind. This is awesome. Thanks

This is a children's book. It's about Mr and Mrs Beau the farmer, Kailey the kitten and Sammy the little bunny. There is going to be a new addition, a strange creature. All this causes concerns for Kailey and Sammy. An interesting book and a good book review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

Sounds like a great bedtime story. I love the tales that sensitize children towards animals. Will surely read this one.

From the summary given in the official review, I can already tell that this would be a great book to read for children because it has a well defined plotline.
