Getting candy from a stranger concerns me too. I'm still wondering if I should read this book to my kids?!! Maybe I can avoid that part and read it since the rest sounds very helpful?!! Thank you for a wonderful review.

The book deals with a topic that a lot of parents have to deal with: kids who don't want to go to bed. The author created a story that can inspire children to look forward to going to sleep.
Thank you for the review.

Based on the review provided, "Ryan Daniels: Good Night, Firefly" by Ada Aguilar seems like an enjoyable and helpful children's book. The story revolves around a relatable character, Ryan, who struggles with sleep, making it relatable for young readers. The use of bright colors, fun characters, and occasional rhyme keeps the reader engaged. The touch of magic and the book's explanation of the importance of sleep add to its appeal. This fantasy book, is magical and entertaining for kids having trouble falling asleep. Kids and adults will realize the importance of getting enough sleep and avoiding the alluring distractions like gadgets, online games or late night shows. Insomiacs are like fireflies, glowing in the dark but ignored pests at daylight. This good review puzzles us to read more about the firefly kid's ploy.

Ryan Daniels: Good Night, Firefly' is one rad picture book! It's all about this kid, Ryan, who hates hitting the hay. He thinks sleep is super boring, and he'd rather be gaming, watching TV, or hanging out with his cute pup.

But guess what? A magical firefly named Ozkar shows up one night and takes Ryan on an epic adventure to a dreamy place where kids go when they doze off. And let me tell ya, Ozkar spills the beans on why sleep is way cooler than Ryan thought!

The best part is the wicked illustrations! They pop with colors and bring the story to life. This book is not just a fun ride; it sneaks in a lesson too! Through Ozkar's chit-chat, kids get schooled on why sleep rocks - it's like getting super-duper energy to run faster, more playtime with friends, and less sick days for top-notch school days!

The review is detailed, but doesn’t give away any spoilers. I appreciate how the author related their own child to the main character in the story to make it relatable to a prospective reader. I admire the author’s honesty about the issues with the eBook so the reader can decide if a physical purchase of the book is a better option to keep their child’s attention. Finally, I liked the feedback regarding certain parts of the story that could be changed to not confuse children. I enjoyed this review.

It sounds like a pretty nice book. I agree with you about the random man giving him the candy, that could set a bad example. My little cousin also has trouble sleeping, this could probably work well. Good review.

Thanks to the author for a free copy! I like the bright illustrations. The message in the book is also valuable, especially to young people. It will really help them grow well, avoiding diseases related to a lack of sleep.

Ever since I grew up I have completely lost interest in Children's Books and even though I might be convinced to watch cartoons on occasion, I don't make exceptions for books, no matter the praise they receive. Apologies, I will have to pass this one, but still congrats on BOTD!
