Sounds like a wonderful story for children. I like a children's book that is educational. Thank you for your review!

This sounds like a wonderful children's book with a great message about the environment. I think that it's nice that there are some "big" words included. I think that it's important to introduce words to kids that wouldn't normally be introduced in school, kids are like sponges at this age. Finally but not by any means least the artwork is quite exceptional! Great review! Thanks so much for sharing.

A children's book for the age group 3-7 after a long time is welcome. I am sure the kids will love it. Congrats on being the BOTD. :)

I like the idea of this book teaching kids what effect the changing environment can have on a species, but I can see where the merging into fantasy could be confusing. In all though, this does sound like a wonderful book for kids. Too bad my boys are now teens. They probably would have enjoyed it. I'll share it with my grandnieces and grandnephew next time I see them. :)

This seems like a fitting children's book, with subliminal messages about climate change perhaps. But I do agree some of those words are better suited to not be included in a children's book. Great review!

This sounds like a really cute children's book. Illustrations are really important in children's books. I remember that if I didn't like the pictures as a kid, I wouldn't choose to read the book again. Great review!

Thanks for the review. It does seem like a great book for those ages. I feel you are correct in the fact that some of the phrasing may not be understandable to children of that age group though. I think it still deserves 3 stars due to that fact.

The book sounds interesting though it sounds little confusing for a child to understand.

At first I had to make sure it didn't say "the very hungry caterpillar" but children usually love anything about caterpillars. They are the easiest bugs to find and the ones which turn into butterflies are amazing to kids. This book sounds like a good blend of storytelling and fact. Looking forward to reading it with the kiddos. Thanks for the good review.

Nice review. I read the short picture book myself. I agree that the pages are artistic. The caterpillars and the butterflies have multiple light colors which the kids will love.

This seems like a cute story for younger readers. I like how there are words that may seem to be words that they might not comprehend but atleast they are learning. Great job on the review!

This sounds like a great mix for each children's story geared towards this age group: a bit of an educational aspect, a theme of relevant concern, and great images.
