Re: Review of Doctoroo! & the Case of the Hacking Hippo

The review of Doctoroo is very thorough. The book is very original with the characters investigating why Hilda has a cough, and where it might be coming from. The story allows children to investigate along with Doctoroo to discover the mystery.
Teaching proper hygiene is very important, Doctoroo does a great job teaching kids how with the 20 second song. The review is outstanding.

Books that educate little ones with colorful characters and a fun story should always be welcomed on any bookshelf, especially with special topics such as hygiene. This book sounds like a must for any child's bedside book nook.

I enjoyed reading this book. Absolutely love animals. I have a 6 year old son that I will most definitely read this book to. Love the animals that was used and the names are so fitting for each animal. The story line is very well planned and organised. The story builds up nicely to the most important element and message of the book… healthy habits such as washing your hands. Like the emphasis on germs and the illustrations are very good supporting each scene. Great book overall.

This children's book shows the best way to educate kids about personal hygiene- in a fun way, using mystery to captivate their attention. Good illustrations as well.

Which animal is Doctoroo in this book? What was the cause of Hilda's illness? I'll like to know the answers to these questions and much more. Nice review.

Another Doctoroo book! Good hygiene is so important, and it's great that the author used such a fun way to teach kids about this. I'll pass on this one because I don't read non-fiction.

I love that each book in the Doctoroo series propagates a message about different forms of hygiene - cleanliness being a huge part of this one. I hope the little ones take it seriously and keep themselves safe and clean. Congrats on the BOTD!
