I love animal stories and am convinced that this book will capture many children's attention. Especially the pigs' sudden illness sounds hilarious.

I find it very creative that they write a children's book about medical mysteries, I like the idea. It is definitely a good book for children to learn about health in a fun way. Good job, great review.

A gang of animals—a kangaroo, koala, frog, and Ilama—joining forces to decipher the mysterious disease in pigs makes it funny, and I am looking forward to reading the book. The cover page is attractive and reflects that the book is fascinating. Kudos BOTD.

Nice book, what interests me more in this book is the fact that children who reads it will get a full knowledge of how important their health is and also I like the profession portrayed in the cook.
Many kids after reading this book can decide to go into the medical line some day to solve their own mystery problems.

Having read the 24 page book, I think the reviewer did a superb job of summarizing the story. Doctoroo is the main character in at least a couple of books that teach children concepts related to health and medicine. In Doctoroo and the Case of the Red Hot Hawaiians Dr. Rachel Wellner writes a story in which Doctoroo is called to take her team to Hawaii where a group of pigs who are performing in a festival the next week, have develped symptoms of feeling hot, turning red and feeling itchy. Doctoroo investigates a couple of potential culprits prior to realizing that they are sunburned and need to put on sunblock. A cute poem at the end explains how to put on sunblock. The review was comprehensive and well written. Great review and fun book, just as the reviewer says. Cudos to the author for BOTD!

I believe this series is very promising and has so much to offer to its young readers. Allowing kids to follow lovable characters on their great adventures is the best way to gain interest and draw attention. Since my own kids are too grown for it already, I will be purchasing the entire series as a gift for friends with smaller kids. Congrats with BOTD!

Children books are usually interesting, and fun to read especially when there are illustrations. I think this one goes the extra mile to teach about health.
This is my kind of book.
Nice review!
