What an Interesting book. I love how the reviewer highlighted the educative aspect of the book and praised the author for using a funny tale to teach children about nutrition and health. It's wonderful when a children's book can be both entertaining and educational. Congrats on BOTD.

This is a remarkably detailed and honest review! This children's book tackles the topic of healthy eating. Targeting small kids, I suppose parents or nannies read it to them so the new words get explained. Nice illustrations as well.

I rather enjoyed the writer's manner of creative art brought to the pages with knowledge about healthy foods. And this is beautifully done, the emotional connection behind the dedication of the read as well is commendable. Thanks for your review, it is wonderfully done.

Honestly, I have been reading and watching blogs and videos around getting more health focused. I am not going to get into any statistic, but besides children, adults as well as suffering from poor eating habits.

In order to "fix" this, we need to start with busting a few myths:

1. Breakfast is not needed and will never be. It was a part of a Kellogg's advertisement to promote their cereal.
2. Fasting is bad. If we can fast more, we can help our bodies recover more and help us.
3. Junk food. Food is food, we need to let go of the thought of categorizing food. When we stop labelling food as bad, and understand that its the ingredients that is the enemy, we will see change. So instead of saying a hamburger is junk food. Let's say, processed meat/patties are the issue.

Overall, I love how this book addresses the impact of getting enough sleep, exercise, reducing "screen time" and also participating in extra curricular activities and socializing.

This looks like a funny way to teach kids about nutrition and health! Too bad that the paintings used as illustrations lacked on quality. I think my kids would love this story, so I might check it out anyway. Thank you for your insightful review!

I like books driven on suspense as they capture your attention all through the storyline. Thanks for the review.

This will be a great read for kids. Hopefully Doctoroo can save the day! I don't read children's books, so I'll pass on this one.

I like the book's cover page and how the author uses song to teach health education. Children would understand how important health and nutrition are to their lives from this book. Great review.

This unique and colorful children's book teaches the value of good nutrition. Doctoroo and her team travel to Washington D.C. to unravel the mystery of the bear cubs. It is a fun and educational book for kids. Thank you for the candid book review.

What interest me in this book is the fact that the acknowledged the importance of proper sleep, our kids really need this to read this book not only for fun but also for the knowledge it impacts.

What will Doctoroo and his team do to help the bear cubs perform on independence day? This children's story sounds interesting enough for me to read. Good review.
