"Mum, The Fairies Stole my Glasses" by Tracey C. Ayres is a richly illustrated children's book. The main character in the book is the girl Sally, while the main event is the mystery surrounding the disappearance of her eyeglasses.

A book full of lovely bright illustrations, each tied to something in the storyline on that page. I also liked the watermark picture behind the text on each page.

This little book tells an intriguing tale about some missing glasses. Losing something important often feels like fairies must have done it. It's interesting to explore this idea and add a bit of imagination to our day. Congrats!

Back when my children were little, I always appreciated books that were fun but also provided an educational benefit. It seems this is one of those books, and if I still had little kids, I'd put it on my shelf. Congrats to Ms. Ayres on her achievement.

I think the book teaches us how to be responsible for the things we have. I enjoyed the beautiful illustrations, especially the one with the cat. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

This is a very intriguing storybook for kids filled with beautiful illustrations, also. I think that the engaging storyline is what draws kids to books the most and the author does an exceptional job. The imagination of Sally is the best. Congrats on the BOTD!

I also want to know what happened to Sally's glasses! This is a cute book that I too; an adult, would enjoy reading. Great review.

This is nice. Your review gave me an insight on what the story is about. I would love to recommend it to my little 5year old sister. I'm sure she would love it especially if the book has pictures in it. More or else like watching an animation. Great review.

A true stamp of approval from a member of the target age group! :) Thank you for your thorough review and recommendation, and congrats on BOTD!

I can’t wait to share this book with my children. Even i’m slightly curious about the fairies now. It’s rare children’s books even get me remotely interested but needless to say i’m excited to share this with my children.

The story line is cute and simple, and the pictures are expertly drawn and very clean. This is a wonderful children’s book that I’m sure my kids will love when they get older (they’re both under 3).

I’m looking forward to digging into this book to find out if fairies did indeed have taken Sally’s glasses and how she took the challenge of not having her glasses as she did her usual routine. I like reading children’s books given the good values in them and reminder to adults who seemed to have forgotten to behave decently nowadays.

I kinda feel bad when I see a toddler already needs to wear glasses at such young age. I think the author did well in introducing a relatable character to children. This is a fun way to teach them the importance of taking care of their glasses. The illustrations seem lovely and will appeal to children a lot. Excellent review!
