Inca and company are on vacation to escape from a winter season in France. They enjoy the enormous beach and meet new friends, Meena, the elephant and Rani, the turtle. They are delighted with their new friends, but one of Inca's friends brought bad news. Terrance, a dog and owned by Solo are coming for an important job. Terrance told them the bad news.

Inca's circle of detectives learned an antique sword and golden coins were missing in the Colombo Museum. The group decided to help, even their new friends, but there was another problem. Inca was missing! The group trembled and worried about Inca. What will be the team's first decision? How can the team help Colombo Museum's problem? Does Inca go missing solving the mystery alone?

Are you fond of unlocking mysteries? Inca is an intelligent cat and the head of the detective agency will demonstrate us some leadership style in solving a mystery. Grab this book and have fun following Inca's methods of solving a mystery.

Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R. F. Kristi is an entertaining book, particularly for children. I will recommend this book to parents who had children and likes reading a bedtime story to their kids. R. F. Kristi is an award-winning author of the Inca Book Series. The author invited the readers to receive free books, news and many more via the link provided within the book.

A story that tackles about solving mystery often times entice readers to read it; R. F. Kristi excels on this part. The author knows how to cater the reader's interest even if it is a new genre to other readers. The book is precisely for children, but the concept of the story is not limited to children alone. I appreciate this concept because the author identifies his audience.

Furthermore, R. F. Kristi did a great job in promoting Sri Lanka's Historical Site; this book serves as an educational tool for sharing one of UNESCO's Heritage Site of the world. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because the author promoted Colombo in an easy way using simple words; the beautiful illustrations in a diary-type-story enhances the excitement of the next event, too. The diary format also blends with the story and the illustrations; this type of format made the story more comprehensible to younger audiences.

The plot of the story is also excellent like friendship, enjoying the beauty of nature and even avoiding tempting words from a stranger. I did not encounter misspelled words, but I noticed minor mistakes in the pictures. I am confused about Terrance's illustration talking to Inca's new job, but the cat was not Inca, it was Cara. However, this scene does not hinder my enjoyment of this book. I even reminded that Sri Lanka had a beautiful place that became one of UNESCO's Heritage Site.

The more I see of the books staring Inca, the more I think of my friends with older kids and ponder picking up a couple of the books as gifts.
