Love, Grandma by Ann Morris is a picture book that introduces young readers to an affectionate grandmother and her two beautiful grandchildren, Haley and Payton.

The book accurately depicts the relationship between grandmothers and their grandchildren. Grandparents are known to spoil their grandchildren rotten with love and gifts, and the grandmother in this book is no exception. Grandma indulges Haley and Payton and plays with them. She allows them to transform her hair and paint her nails. She joined in the physical activities and allowed them to play dress-up with her clothes.

My favorite part was when Hayley was doing somersaults, and Grandma joined her. Her bones quickly reminded her of her flexibility state. While most of their exploits left me cackling with laughter, I was shaking my head vehemently in disapproval on a few. There is one instance where Grandma allowed the children to draw and paint her driveway. Although the drawings were cute, as a young mother of one, I know for a fact that I would not allow drawing on my driveway; sketch boards are there for a reason.

The PDF version of this book contains 20 brightly colored pages. The vocabulary used is clear and concise. The concepts covered in the book are relatable and narrated in a fun way, appropriate for young children. The book was exceptionally edited as I did not come across any typographical or grammatical errors.

The book is filled with vibrant and aesthetically pleasing illustrations from cover to cover. These will undoubtedly capture the minds of the intended readers and provide entertainment and stimulation. I liked the display of affection exhibited in the book; it was heart-warming to see.

The book contains no profanities, and the content is appropriate for young children. There was nothing I disliked about the book, and I am delighted to award it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.
