Childhood is the most beautiful memory of our life. We often remember and cherish the fondest memories of our childhood days. We treasure up having fun with friends, going to school or going on a memorable trip with our parents. But there is one most precious memory of our childhood and that is the time spent with our grandparents. A child is very beautifully connected to his grandparents through many sweet and memorable activities they do together. They tell stories and teach values of life to a child. Their love is priceless. Love, Grandma by Ann Morris is a wonderful book that manifests these emotions through the story of a grandmother and her two beautiful granddaughters.

Grandparents are like blessings from God who always pampers and cuddles their grandchildren. The story is about the author who is a grandmother of two cute granddaughters, Payton and Haley. She is immensely in love with her granddaughters and spends a lot of time with them doing different activities and creating fond memories. The love ride began when Payton was born, whom grandma considered a gift from God and then grandma’s love grew more when pretty Haley joined them. Grandma danced with them, told them stories, read books, baked cookies, made craft articles and they all hugged each other.

The thing I liked the most in the book is that the story is presented in the form of a joyful poem using rhyming words and rhythm that any child will enjoy reading or listening to.

I would recommend this book to Children of ages 3 to 10 years and to their parents and grandparents too. Kids will be glad to read this fun and exciting book. This book shows the strong bond between a child and grandparents and helps a child relate to and understand their grandparent’s love. Grandparents can read this book aloud to their grandchildren and also try out many wonderful activities from the book.

There is nothing that I dislike about this book. It is an awesome book that can enhance reading skills of a child and at the same time make him happy as there are many delightful moments that will make him remember some of his playful mischief. The book is exceptionally well edited. Hats off to the author and her team!

I will rate Love, Grandma by Ann Morris a 4 out of 4 stars as its a lovely book showing beautiful memories of a grandmother with her granddaughters. This is a book that each child can relate with and will read it fondly. The book is full of colorful pictures related to the activities that sketches the scene in front of your eyes and makes it more attractive.

There is humor in some activities like while doing back-bends grandma plopped on her head. This will definitely bring a smile on a child’s face. The book is very interesting and fun to read.

The activities grandma does with her granddaughters sound exciting: baking cookies, dancing, and telling them stories.
