It is an odd collection, but I think it helped present the diversity component of the book.

I wondered why the title should be named The Clubhouse. Maybe it's a matter of choice by the author but it would mean a lot when modified to suit children.

This sounds like such a cute children's book! A clubhouse for animal friends is a great idea that I know most younger children will love! I may have to read it myself! :D Thanks for another excellent review!

This sounds like an excellent children's book! It would be perfect for storytime for younger children, or bedtime reading. I love the concept of the characters being two of the author's pets and the rest being the toys of Rascal the dog! How unique! Thanks for the excellent review!
