Love, grandma by Ann Morris is a heartwarming children's book. It is a beautiful story in a poetic rhyme. It tells the story of a grandmother who plays with her granddaughters, does different fun activities and in the process, she emphasizes how her love grows day by day.

Ann Morris dedicated this book to her real granddaughters, Payton and Haley. She considered them as gifts in her life. They do many activities together like reading books, playing with buttons, doing grandma's hairstyle and many more. They laugh and have many fun experiences together. Ann Morris reminisces all these delightful memories in this book.

The poetic rhythm of the story makes it more interesting to read. This book is more enjoyable because of the activities mentioned in it. I think it would be fun if any grandmother would read out loud to her grandchildren and re-enacts these activities with them. The illustrations by David Gnass is complementary to the story. All the pictures are in motion, which perfectly matches with the ongoing story.

There was nothing that I disliked in the book. It is well-edited as I found no errors.

I will rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I liked the flow of the story along with the illustrations. There were diverse, fun activities mentioned in the story. I wish I could have tried all of these with my grandmother too. I also liked the colour theme of the book. It was light and warm, suitable with the illustrations and the content. This book is really entertaining. I would recommend this for grandparents, parents, and children between the ages of four and seven. In case, any adult who still likes to read children's books with beautiful illustrations, can enjoy it too. It will be a pleasant experience to try these fun activities with your grandparents or grandchildren. It is written in simple English which makes it readable for young kids too.
