Mister Pushkin Turns Over A New Leaf is a children’s book written by AC Michael. It is the second volume of the Tales of Mister Pushkin series. This book is around 132 pages long with 12 autumnal tales in it.

Mister Pushkin is a beautiful Russian blue cat with golden eyes who lives with his master, Klem. He is witty and opinionated, unlike other regular cats. In this book, the author has narrated various stories of Mister Pushkin in which he is seen solving problems and trying to maintain peace in his life. So, if you are looking for some fun and light reading, then this book is for you.

I totally love Mister Pushkin. He is the cat that I definitely want to have. His attitude, intelligence, and mischief are adorable. One of my favorite tales in this book is “Mister Pushkin Saves A Life.” Generally, cats are known to hunt and kill mice. But in this tale, Mister Pushkin breaks the stereotype and saves a mouse’s life. I found this quite sweet. I highly appreciate the author’s writing style. It is simple and eloquent, which makes it easier for children to read and understand. Also, the author’s imagination and creativity are commendable. He has created Mister Pushkin’s character extremely well and I cannot get enough of it.

All in all, Mister Pushkin Turns Over A New Leaf is a wonderful book and I enjoyed reading it. The book seems to be professionally edited as did not find any errors while reading. With that being said, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I have no reason to rate this any lower.

I highly recommend this book to children of age 8 to 13 years. This is also suitable for parents and teachers that deal with children of this age group. And of course, this will be a great book for all the cat lovers out there.

Thank you for mentioning which volume this is: it's always a bit confusing with these children's series. I liked the first Mr Pushkin's adventure, and I think I will enjoy this, too. Thank you for your review!

I love reading your review! Mister Pushkin seems to be a cat that has many, complicated problems. This seems to be humorous, it got me thinking what kind of problems do house cats have. Thank you so much for the great review!
