Wonder Why Wonder How: Stories that spark imagination written by Chirali Bhandari and illustrated by Suzena Samuel is a collection of short children’s stories. There are ten stories that cover multiple scenarios, including a plant and the moon talking about the phases of the moon, a caterpillar who changes colors, a small cloud that helps a thirsty seedling, and a bee’s busy day going to flowers.

Wonder Why Wonder How is beautifully illustrated with bright colors and fantastic imagery. Each short story is easy to read, a good choice for early readers. The work is full of fun plotlines that will grab children’s attention and keep them engaged. Nature and science are brought up quite a bit, which could spark a kid’s interest in that field. This is not just one book, but multiple stories in one. A great bargain!

Occasionally the rhyming isn’t a true rhyme, but it’s not overly noticeable and does not detract from the overall story. Overall, there isn’t anything to really call bad in this work.

I give Wonder Why Wonder How: Stories that spark imagination by Chirali Bhandari 4 out of 4 stars. This work was professionally edited. There were no mistakes in the work and what I found I disliked was not bad enough for me to remove a star.

I would recommend this short story collection for young children who are still learning to read but are somewhat familiar with reading. Parents with kids will also enjoy these works, probably as a good collection of bedtime stories. Teachers of young students may also find Wonder Why Wonder How: Stories that spark imagination by Chirali Bhandari to be helpful in the classroom. There are no warnings that apply to this book, but parents should read it ahead to confirm it is a good fit for their children.
