Review of Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat
Inca and her friends of Inca and Company are very excited they are going on holiday with their mom Missy. They are going to a tiny island called Sri Lanka. They will have fun in the warm sun on the beach and play with their friend. At least, that is what they thought. When a valuable old antique sword gets stolen out of the main museum in Colombo, Inca knew that her holiday was at an end. And to make matters worse, three of the team members of Inca & company were still back home in London. Will she be able to solve the mystery and get the sword back?
Positively, with every book this author has written, there is a lesson other than the moral of the story. If it is not history, it is a lesson about animals. It is subtly made part of the story, and you do not even know it is there. The stories are easy to follow for the targeted audience, and it is full of fun and adventure. The illustrations are captivating and on point. This is a book I would have my kids and grandkids read.
I can not find any negative aspects of this book.
Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat, by R.F. Kristi, is again a mind-blowing success. With the seventh book in this series, the illustrations are yet again beautifully done. It is an exciting story and would captivate the audience it is targeting. It has adventure and imagination, everything a growing child needs. With no grammatical or spelling errors, I would gladly rate this book 4 out of 4.
I would recommend this book to the parent who has toddlers and pre-teens. It is fun-loving and exciting, with everything that would speak to the child's imagination in that age range.
