The strength of teamwork and friendship can triumph over any evil in the world. This is the crux of the children’s book Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R.F. Kristi. The book captures the life of Inca- a housecat. She and her friends travel to Sri Lanka and solve the mystery of the missing sword. The protagonist and her friends form a team to help retrieve the sword. Every member of the team has unique qualities and strengths. The author uses this as an example to teach children about the benefits of working together as a team.

The biggest strength of the book is the amazing illustrations that complement the text. This will allow young readers to easily imagine the adventures of the protagonist. The simple tone and captivating storytelling speak volumes about the skills of the author. Children would learn a lot about the value of friendship as they go through this book. The kindness shown by the protagonist is another quality that can be imbibed by the readers.

I genuinely couldn’t find a single negative aspect of the book. This book offers something for everyone. Even young adults would benefit from reading about the simple yet exciting adventure of the protagonist. The story moves forward at a brisk pace. The book will serve as a great way of teaching vital qualities to the targeted demographic. The author is able to perfectly execute her plans of delivering a meaningful message through her book.

The book has been phenomenally edited. This book will help children in understanding the value of friendship and teamwork.

I recommend it to everyone above the age of 10. This book offers amazing lessons through its unique story. The adventures of the protagonist are captivating and fun to read. This book is a delightful world created by the efforts of the author. The readers will definitely enjoy their adventurous journey through this fun-filled world!
