Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula is a children's book written by R. F. Kristi. It contains the account of a detective team made of a mixture of cats and dogs that had already been involved in solving some serious detective mysteries. The head of the team is Inca, a super-duper cat detective who created a detective agency- Inca & Company. Inca's mom had been chosen as a judge in a cooking competition in Korea. On their way, they were struck with a little misfortune. The mom's cheese had been stolen by a man called Enzo. However, they quickly worked in harmony to recover it, as that was the most important thing about the journey. When they got to their destination, a Korean named Ye-Jun accommodated them. In the house, they discovered that a Siberian tiger named Bomi was missing, which made the cat which lived with Ye-Jun sad. This detective crew saw an opportunity to embark on another encounter in an unknown land. What happened to them? Did they succeed in their quest to find Bomi? Find out in this thrilling encounter.

I have never read a children's book that got my attention as this. I loved everything about the book. At first, I thought it would be one of those boring children's stories. However, I was thrilled by its content. One thing I loved so much was the unity of the team. They manifested great acts of unity. Recall the events on the plane, where they lost their mom's cheese. They came together and made sure they got it back by tracking the suspect. This made me understand the importance of unity. A United team will also stand the test of time; they will also be victorious in whatever they do. These animals manifested it to a great length.

In addition, I also loved the determination put up by the animals. At some point in the book, they had to make a quick decision to reunite Bomi and Baram. I was somehow uncomfortable at the thought because I felt they were going to be caught by the security guards. Kristi did a nice job of putting me in suspense here. However, their decision eventually paid off, as they eventually got Bomi and reunited her with Baram. This was the most touching part of the story to me.

I didn't dislike anything in this book. Everything was well documented and easy to comprehend. The writer did a good job of putting the content together. Starting from the first chapter to the last, I kept turning from page to page. Also, in terms of the content, it was exceptionally edited, as I didn't any errors while reading it. I must commend the writer again for coming up with this amazing story for children. After reading this book, I couldn't possibly think of removing any star from it. Hence, I give this book a perfect rating of four out of four stars.

This book is highly recommended for children, as it doesn't contain any form of profanity. Also, I enjoyed it as an adult. Hence, adults who like animal stories will find this book enthralling.
