In Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula, Inca told how she and her family went on a trip to the Korean peninsula. They had to attempt to reunite Bo-Mi with Baram. They were not naive enough to think it would be easy, but what other choice did they have? They could not stomach the fact that these two friends were going through unimaginable pain because they had not seen each other in years. The crucial question is if they can pull off their elaborate plan. Will they succeed in reuniting these two whose fate had separated?

Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula is one of the best pet action books on the market. The title even gave a little hint of the nature of the job these pets do. Its title was the first thing that captured my attention when I first saw it. R.F. Kristi, the author, is famous for her books about pet detectives. Readers that love thriller books about strategizing to save a victim of circumstance will enjoy snacking on Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula. Despising a part of this book was impossible for me. I couldn't imagine anyone disliking anything about it, and I still can't.

What I liked the most about Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula was the lectures the author gave about the history of the two Korean nations. She talked about the wall that separated them. She also talked about both nations' hardships and pain when they officially split. I knew a bit about the Korean split, but Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula opened my eyes to the realities of everyone affected. It talked about how people lost family members. This is a good book that can be incorporated into history lessons for young readers.

R.F. Kristi and her team of editors edited Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula professionally. They reduced the number of errors in it to three. That is very impressive, and to say otherwise would be disingenuous of me. I have also said that I did not dislike anything in this electrifying detective novel.

4 out of 4 stars is the rating that I give Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula. Please let me know if you disagree with my rating, but I cannot imagine anyone would. It deserved this rating for being filled with drama, lectures, and near-perfect editing.

Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula contains no element that would make it unsafe or inappropriate for young readers to read. My first recommendation goes to young readers below 12 years of age. Why? It will teach them about pets, Korean history, and loyalty. My second recommendation goes to anyone wanting to read a good book about pets doing extraordinary things with little resources.
