Have you ever watched movies where animals work cooperatively to solve problems in society? This book is not any different from it. Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi is the eighth edition of the Inca series. The cat detectives are going on a trip to South Korea. Read this book to enjoy the fun they had.

This book started with the portrait of a Siberian tiger about to pounce on its prey. They were different reactions from the humanoid and cat detective families in Solo's library. Soon after, they had a meal. Mom had good news for them. She was invited to be one of the judges in a French patisserie competition at Le Cordon Bleu. Mom announced this good news in the middle of their meal, and everyone was excited to hear it. Without a waste of time, mom got everybody prepared for a flight. They took off gracefully with Solo and Terrance. At the airport, something happened. What do you think happened? The cheese Missy wanted to exhibit in the competition was missing. Everyone was in awe. Who is the thief?

Without a doubt, this book was a fantastic read for me. The storyline was captivating. There was no sexual content or profanity in this book, which made it more suitable for children to read. I enjoyed the pictures that were attached to some of the pages in this book. It made the scenes the author described more understandable and easy to comprehend. I also loved the way the author described Inca's family. The family tree also helped me for reference purposes, and I commend the author for that.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. Every chapter in this book was impressive. The book's cover was nice and will keep anyone reading this book agile. I found only a few errors in this book. I also found a lot of over-spaced words, which I see as a part of the author's text style to keep his readers, especially children, enthralled by the book. This book was indeed professionally edited by the author.

I rate this book, Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula, by R.F. Kristi, 4 out of 4 stars. I did not see any reason to deduct any stars from this book. I recommend this book to children over seven years old who love books about adventure, cooperation, and friendship. This book has a lot of morals and it will help to nurture our children with good values.
