Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula: Diary of a Snoopy Cat, written by R. F. Kristi, is a children's book about working together to complete a task. After adventures in Sri Lanka, Inca and her other animal company go to South Korea since their human mother, Missy, had been selected to be a judge in a cooking competition and present a new cheese she had discovered. Their host revealed that his sister and her cat had moved to North Korea. Inca and her animal company decided to help bring the sister and her cat. They cross the border to North Korea to help bring back the sister and her cat. Will the cat detectives make a difference? Read this book and find out.

What I liked most in this book was the pictures of the characters and some events. The use of images attracts children to read the book and also makes the book interesting for children. The book teaches children the importance of teamwork. Inca and her cat detectives work together to help solve the mystery of the lost cat and sister. When children read this book, they will appreciate and learn about teamwork. Since the book has animals as characters, it inspired children to appreciate and treat animals well.

I have nothing to criticize in this book since it was perfect. The author used short sentences to ensure children don't strain while reading. The author ensured the content per page was little since concentrating more on one page would demotivate children.

I rate Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R. F. Kristi four out of four stars. The book was exceptionally well-edited; hence, I found no errors. It had many positive aspects and no negative aspects, which makes it deserve a perfect rating.

I recommend this book to children aged between 5 to 9 years who are animal lovers. It would be helpful to them since the content has some teaching to children, but toddlers cannot read it since it is a little complicated. The children should be animal lovers since the characters used in the book are animals.
