R.F. Kristi's story, Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula, is lovely. It is a combination of entertainment, education, and creativity. Every child will love this one, so grab a copy of it.

This story is about the super detective cat, Inca, and her friends. They followed their human mother to Korea. Their human mom, Missy, was appointed to be a judge at a cooking contest, and she also intended on presenting her new cheese at the contest. However, while they were on their way to Korea, they came across an old friend of Missy. He was also a chef like Missy, but he was not as good as her and saw her as a competitor. So, he stole Missy’s new cheese. This was very sad, but Inca and his friends were not going to let that slide. Will they catch him?

I love how this book was designed and written. This book is vivid evidence of the author’s experience with children. The author used words that could be easily understood to avoid creating confusion in the minds of the children. The pictorial illustrations were beautifully designed and colorful, and they will go a long way toward grasping the attention of every child. I enjoyed the storyline too. It had a hint of suspense, which will keep the child's interest.

I only disliked the fact that some of the characters mentioned in this book did not play any active role and just vanished completely at some points. This may make the children ask some questions. However, I think that this book is a perfect read for children.

Seeing all the wonderfulness and class of this book, I will rate it 5 out of 5. No errors were found in this book, which shows the quality of the editing done on it. I recommend this book to children. Parents and guardians can get this book for their children and wards.
