Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R. F. Kristi is a children’s book. Other books come before this and are all related. The other books contain adventurous stories of the protagonist, Inca, and her friends in different locations, but this one happens in South Korea and a little bit of North Korea.

There are a lot of notable events to read about for Inca, her fellow cats, and others. They go to South Korea for an important cooking competition that is vital to their mom but end up doing a lot more. The spice in the story begins when they are on the plane to South Korea and have to deal with a man named Enzo who tried stealing Mom’s cheese bag. They arrive in Korea after having to deal with Enzo and try to settle into their new environment. However, they are caught up in a web of new encounters and a dangerous recovery mission. Stay tuned to catch up on all of Inca and friends' interesting encounters.

A child’s mental health is a very important aspect of healthy personal development, which is why children are treated with the utmost care. However, many do not know that healthy books are a very simple and effective way to make a child mentally agile and calm. Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R. F. Kristi is a book that does this very effectively and without stress. The story is woven in such a way that it intrigues the child and focuses his or her mind on the positive things that exist in the world. The characters in the story are made in a way that elicits humor and selflessness.

Sub-stories in R. F. Kristi's Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula included stopping Enzo, winning the cooking competition, and bringing Ji and Bo-Mi back from the North. This is a wonderful feature a book has to have, but it is also what I did not like about the book. This feature of having up to three substories is more suited to typical novels than children’s books. A single sub-story would have sufficed.

There were a few errors in Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R. F. Kristi. It was professionally edited. I am rating it 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to young kids. It will go a long way toward developing them positively.
