Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula is the title of the eighth book in "Diary of a Snoopy Cat (The Inca Cat Detective Series)," written by R.F. Kristi. Still, it can be read and enjoyed as a standalone. The book is fiction about a detective team of cats, a hamster, a Pekinese pup, and a dog dedicated to solving grave mysteries. Inca established a detective agency known as Inca & Company, consisting of Cara (a cat), Fromage (a cat), Terrance (a dog), Monk (a cat), Charlotte (a hamster), and Polo (a Pekinese pup). The agency was saddled with the responsibility of solving grave mysteries in London, the rest of England, and France. In the book, Missy is depicted as having been chosen by Le Cordon Bleu as a judge for a patisserie competition in South Korea. Missy, Solo, and members of Inca & Company decide to travel there together since it is Missy's perfect chance to present her newly invented cheese, "La Crème de la Crème." They encountered a setback while traveling. A man named Enzo had snatched Missy's cheese. It is a detective mystery that needs to be solved. Fortunately, a detective crew was on board. Will Inca & Company be able to solve the stolen cheese mystery? Find out! Take note: many adventures await Inca & Company in South Korea.

I like many things about this exciting book by R.F. Kristi. The author's writing style appeals to me. The author carefully describes the plot to provoke excitement and love. The author did a fantastic job in terms of language use and word choice. The language used in the book is simple and well acronymized for little folks to remember easily. The Demilitarized Zone, for example, was referred to as the "DMZ." The author is creative. The author excellently researched the setting of the book. I also fancy the book's cover; it is graphic and enticing.

I didn't find anything to dislike or be negative about this book. However, I needed help remembering some of the names of the people featured in the book. A list of characters may come in handy. I commend the author for the use of pictorial representations in the book. The images were beautiful and colorful. I also appreciate the well-designed family tree. I designed a family tree too.

The book Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi is excellently edited, exciting, suspenseful, and well-structured. Given the circumstances, I rate the book Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend the book Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi to all young readers, especially those who enjoy adventure and crime-fighting books.
