Review of Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula
Missy was excited as she broke the news to Solo of how she had been chosen as one of the judges for the French patisserie competition that's organized by "Le Cordon Bleu" in South Korea. She also discussed with him how she would use that opportunity to display her special cheese, which she called "La Crème de la Crème." She told Solo that she had talked to her travel agency, and they would be leaving for South Korea with the kitties, Charlotte their hamster, and Terrance their dog. On hearing this, Inca went to inform other kitties of the good news he had heard. In the book Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi, the author narrates how Inca, the head of the cat detectives, and other animals worked together to bring about harmony during their visit to South Korea. How did Inca and his friends bring about harmony? Find out more when you read this book.
While reading this book, I learned the importance of cooperation as the animals worked together to save the day. I also understood the reason why many people consider some kinds of animals to be friendly, as Inca and his friends saved Missy and Solo a lot of stress as they were able to help them out in some situations. I also learned that most of the time, the good or favor we do for others can come back to us in a different way, as in helping others we might find out that we were helping ourselves, as was the case of Ye-Jun with Solo and Missy.
I love how Missy and Solo valued their animals to the extent of being able to travel with them to South Korea for the French patisserie competition. I liked the connection and love between Ye-Jun and his sister, Ji. I also like Inca's intuition, as he always wanted to know what was happening around him and look for any possible ways he could be able to help out.
I did not find anything in this book that I disliked, as I enjoyed reading about the adventures of Inca and his friends. While reading this book, I did not find any errors, which brings me to the conclusion that this book was exceptionally well edited. Therefore, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
The fact that this book belongs to the category of children's novels makes it a good choice for readers who enjoy stories about animal adventures. So I recommend it to this set of people.
