[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "The Galore Gang" by Georgina Fagan.]

Ben and Bridget have been living with a superhero without realising it. Then, Ben receives an assignment at his school, and the process of carrying out the exercise leads him and his sister, Bridget, into discovering this amazing superhero, a sort of guardian angel empowered by a magical robe and the affection and love of two wonderful "lilies."

I appreciate Georgina Fagan for the enormous effort she put into making this book a reality. The themes explored in this story, which revolve around single parenting, are prevalent in today's society, and the consequences of their inappropriate management are disastrous. This is why this book is an essential read for both children and adults.

This story was based on a true-life experience, and here, Georgina highlights the psychological and physical implications of single parenting, both on the single parent in question and on the children. This is developed through Ben, Bridget, and Mom. It was a difficult yet educational moment for me.

It was a difficult moment for me because I felt bad about the circumstances that result in single parenting, and it was an educational moment because I learned a lot from how this situation was managed to protect the children from the psychological and physical tortures inherent in such a status. Parents and children who find themselves in this situation will find the measures adopted in this story helpful.

I liked that this story highlights how Mom balanced her domestic and financial lives to still have enough time to bond with her children. Children growing up with a single parent will learn a couple of things from Ben and Bridget and be able to develop a positive perception of their status and live normal lives like the rest of the other children. This is great.

Desi D’Amani did a wonderful job with the illustrations. They reflected the spirit and mood of the story, and these should help children appreciate the story better. The word choices made in the story are simple, offering children a smooth reading experience. I am also delighted to announce that this storybook was thoroughly edited, and I didn't find any grammatical errors in it.

I didn't dislike anything in this story. Hence, I rate it five out of five stars based on the aforementioned positive aspects. There is no reason to rate it lower. The Galore Gang: Mom and Her Magical Robe is recommended for readers between three and twelve years old. I also recommend it to older readers, especially single parents.

Single parenting is one of the hardest endeavors an individual can take on. Parenting is already a difficult task for two parents, how much more only one. I like that Ben and Bridget realized that they were living with a superhero.

Readers between three and twelve years old have a lot to learn from this book. Great review.

This book would be a terrific read for children. It seems quite fun to read with a lot of lessons to learn. This book can be read as a bedtime story. Good work on the review.

There are always things to be learned from books. I hope that some of the coping skills provided in this book are helpful to single parents and their children. Isn’t it wonderful that there are so many different kinds of books to appeal to so many different kinds of people?
