This is an amazingly interesting and informative book for children. I'm not deaf but I'm still learning the sign language to better communicate with deaf people. This is a good initiative too by the author.

Furthermore, I found the rhythmic selection of words to be quite impressive. A significant portion of the narrative was delivered in couplets, and the resulting musical elements were genuinely comforting and enjoyable. Thanks for the kind review.

Eddie the Elephant's Magical Ear is a poignant tale of an elephant who lost his hearing and was not sure how that happen. Thankfully, due to a chance encounter, he would get some assistance from a spider. Thank you for your review.

I had no idea so many kids suffer from hearing loss. This is a very educational and interesting children's book. Children with hearing disabilities will feel included and parents of these children will also find it an interesting read as it can help them to be more understanding.

A children's book that narrate the story of an Elephant that loss is ear without knowing how it happened or locate the missing ear, but later met a spider that changed his life. I like how the author make the story simple to understand for both children and adults. Nice review.

I thought the review did an excellent job of pointing out the salient details in the book. Talking about hearing loss in children is important because it's not always caught right away. The review addressed the trouble Eddie had in finding his ear and in knowing what to do next. Great book for hearing impaired children, as the reviewer addressed. Great review and kudos to the author for BOTD!

Today's BOTD is an interesting children's Book. The part where Eddie lost his ear and needed to cope with the whole situation was so intriguing and had a lot of lessons to teach.
Congratulations to the author for the BOTD!

“Eddie the Elephant’s Magical Ear” by Suzanne Picerno is a children’s book about an elephant that has become deaf following the loss of his ear. Eddie asks a spider for help finding his ear. This is a wonderful book that explores hearing loss and its psychological and physical affects on people. People that have experienced hearing loss will better understand their condition after reading this story. The author’s research has found that 32 million children around the world suffer from hearing loss. Couplets were used for most of the story so children will find the musical effects to be very entertaining. Well written and a very good review. Read this book to your children and grandchildren.

This tale demonstrates how fortunate we are to hear everything around us today. The itsy-bitsy spider, who helps Eddie weave his lost ear, is portrayed in the story as being benevolent. This tale demonstrates the potential value of hearing.

Always love to see some representation when it comes to hearing disabilities. (The other favorite has always been Clint Barton from the Hawkeye comics, although there isn't much representation to begin with... 😖) Making this a cute jaunt that's easy for children to understand the problems faced with this disability, and let the children who suffer from it see themselves in a cute, colorful music inspired story is such an awesome idea!

The book is a children's book exhibiting how difficult it is to survive without this sense. We should be kind to those suffering from hearing loss like how the Spider helps Eddie, which is a wonderful message to children. Congrats on BOTD.
