Review of Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids
Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul have written a children's book titled "Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids" that is focused on heaven. The parents and their children will enjoy reading this book together because it is very engaging. This book does more than just tell a story about heaven; it also provides additional information whenever a topic is brought up that a child might be curious about. If you would like to teach your child more about God, Jesus, the Bible, and heaven, then this is an excellent book to purchase for that purpose.
In the book, heaven is described in the same way that it is described in the Bible, and Emma's father also reads verses from the Bible to them to confirm what she saw in her dreams. At the bottom of some of the pages, the author even includes references to where the relevant verses can be found in the Bible that were explained while reading that specific page. The author uses most of the dreams that she has to teach a lesson to the child who is reading this book, such as manners, obeying and disobeying authority, and so on. The illustrations are vibrant and eye-catching, which is exactly what a child needs to keep their attention.
I liked how Emma reminded her sister to always knock before entering a house and that no matter what, she should always use her best manners. I also liked the way the story was told, where Emma had the dreams and then she and her family got to discuss them further to help answer a child's questions about the book without the parent having to explain it to them.
There was not a single part of the book that I did not like.
This book has earned a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars from me because I found it to be extremely engaging. Your child is going to absolutely adore the questions that Emma and Bella ask throughout this book, and the illustrations are going to capture his attention. The book was very easy to read, and I did not find any errors within its pages, so I believe it has been professionally edited.
I would suggest that Christian parents who are looking for a book to teach their children about God, Jesus, the Bible, and heaven purchase this book for their children.
