I just finished reading this book and this is an important book for both adults and children with autism like Donny the young boy with down syndrome. Also, this book tells the story of Mary Grace and her brother's adventures in California.

Donny and his sister love going to the zoo and enjoy playing with the animals particularly the penguins. They were such a happy family together.

Their parents had to travel to Africa for missionary work while the children had to relocate from Wichta to California and live with their grandparents which made Mary Grace sad but Donny was happy and excited when he got the news while Mary Grace thought of all her friends she would miss including her school.

Donny made new friends in the new school while Mary Grace found it difficult to make new friends in the new school. She later made friends but was a victim of bully but with her ideas and the help of the Grandma Gang she was able to deal with it.

This is a educative written story that addresses the reality of bullying, having a sibling with a disability and adjustment and it's responded in a responsive manner. Also, the Grandma Gang which comprises a group of three older women who love solving mysteries.

I enjoyed reading every lines of this book and love the fact that the teachers dedicated a lot of care to the students who need special care.

I will give this book five out of five stars and recommend it also for book lovers. The book was professionally edited, and didn't identify any grammatical errors.
