Missy will allow Inca and her detective team to be with her during the French patisserie competition, where she will be one of the judges. Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R. F. Kristi details the information of Inca, who is a Siberian cat, as a character that has other characters like Cara, Fromage, and others as her detective team members. They have a human mom in their midst, and she is identified as Missy. She will also be presenting her new cheese at the competition, so it will be cool for the team to be present. They were all prepared and on their way; however, Missy’s cheese had vanished. How will they react to the cheese that vanished? Will Inca summon her team to do something about it, or will she just watch Missy get humiliated for not being able to present her cheese anymore? After reading a copy of this book, the answers will be brought to light.

I enjoyed reading about South Korea in the book. Since South Korea will be hosting the event, it is impossible not to learn some things about the country in the book, and I'm glad to have learned this since I even like the country and would love to visit there someday. The ability of the author to provide certain things like shelter, the ability to live among humans, and many others for the animal characters was another thing I enjoyed about the book. With the competition, South Korea and North Korea now have a fresh hope of having a good relationship again. Many countries only think that competitions like this should be for fun, but the one in this book was meant for peace to reign. I enjoyed this aspect of the book as well, since the author was able to think ostentatiously.

We see the team using their skills perfectly in the book, even in finding Bo-Mi, and this convinces me beyond reasonable doubt that the team is professional. To crown it all, I did not dislike the book for any reason; I enjoyed my full read of the book.

For making the time I spent reading this book not a waste, I rate this book five out of five stars. Another reason for giving the book this rating is because the book was exceptionally edited without any negative aspects.

Children will learn lessons from this book, and since the book was also meant for them, I recommend it to them as well. Young readers should read Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula.
