Enzo was among the judges invited to the competition, and he took the opportunity to approach Mom on the plane and exchange pleasantries with her. Despite his previous antagonistic behavior towards her, which could be attributed to his knowledge of her new cheese business, he engaged in a friendly conversation. Upon arrival, they discovered that the cheese box was missing. Who could have stolen it, and were they able to make it to the competition? Discover the answers to these questions by reading R.F. Kristi's novel, Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula.

The illustrations accompanying each chapter effectively depict the story being told. This book taught me about the value of acquiring skills and expertise, which can lead to worldwide recognition. The author's generosity is evident in her provision of a website where readers can access her other works at no cost. Throughout the book, I gained an appreciation for the power of cooperation as the animals joined forces to overcome obstacles and triumph in the end. Moreover, the story shed light on why certain animals are often considered friendly, as Inca and his companions proved to be a tremendous help to Missy and Solo in their time of need, sparing them a great deal of distress.

Furthermore, the characters were well-developed, and the themes of teamwork, bravery, and camaraderie were skillfully woven into the narrative. I was impressed by the authenticity of the setting and the wide range of interesting characters, which provided valuable insights into Korean culture. The underlying themes of love, friendship, and family added emotional depth to the story and made it all the more poignant.

One particular storyline that stood out to me was the relationship between Ye-Jun and his sister, who were separated by political tensions but remained committed to caring for their pets. This demonstrated a powerful message of loyalty and resilience that resonated with me for a long time after I had finished reading the book. Overall, I found the book to be a compelling and thought-provoking read that left me with a newfound appreciation of Korean culture and a renewed sense of the importance of love, family, and friendship.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. The book was exceptionally edited, too. I would give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this book to kids who love reading about cultures and animals.
