"Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula" by R.F. Kristi follows the amazing exploits of Inca, a cat detective, and her colleagues. In this story, Inca and her animal pals travel to the Korean Peninsula with their human mother to judge a cooking competition between cooks from North and South Korea. Meanwhile, Inca's brother is tasked with safeguarding their mother's cheese from potential threats. In the midst of all of this, Inca must choose between helping a nice puppy in South Korea and reuniting a host with his sister and her cat in North Korea.

Aside from the captivating mystery, the underlying theme of friendship and teamwork shines through. The cat detectives must utilize their abilities and work together to solve the mystery and overcome challenges. This teaches young readers the importance of cooperation and supporting one another. Overall, "Cat Detectives on the Korean Peninsula" is a delightful and entertaining read. With R.F. Kristi's storytelling prowess, well-developed characters, and immersive setting, this book is a must-read for cat lovers and mystery enthusiasts of all ages. It is a purr-fect blend of mystery, adventure, and feline charm that will leave readers eagerly anticipating the next installment in the series.

What I liked about this book was how the author was able to describe the characters and their behavior. The author provided specifics. I also liked how Inca referred to their mother as "the energetic young humanoid that we jointly own." I liked how this book was edited exceptionally well, and I didn't see any mistakes. There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this book.

I rate this book a 5 out of 5 because it successfully appeals to both young readers and cat lovers, making it an enjoyable read for a wide audience. to young readers who enjoy mystery and adventure stories. The book also offers a valuable lesson about friendship and teamwork, making it a great choice for parents or educators looking to instill positive values in young readers.
