Taylor Says No! by Coral Lindt is a book for young readers about a young fashionista named Taylor. When Taylor first started complaining to her mother about the clothes she was wearing, her mother was surprised. Find out how the mother and child deal with the situation by reading the book.

The illustrations were exactly what I would want to see in a book for young girls; they were classy without being overdone. The minimal text per page is also designed to keep young readers interested. It seems to me that this book is also intended for the parent who is responsible for dressing their children and who wants to help them learn to make those decisions on their own.

The book's cover was the first thing to draw me in. The illustrations and colour scheme were perfect for a girl's book. At first, I was sceptical of the book's approach, but as I continued reading, I began to see its logic. The novel's unexpected turn of events was one of my favourite parts. I also appreciated that this book was written for parents whose five-year-olds are having tantrums every time they have to get dressed, as well as the possible reasons behind them.

The author keeps repeating the same thing on every other page, and I wish she would point out what Taylor didn't like. A young reader will have a hard time staying focused on this.

I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars because I thought the author could have made the story more engaging if she had been more specific about the things she found frustrating about her wardrobe. Aside from that, it had a satisfying conclusion and a surprising turn of events. The book appears to have been edited meticulously because I couldn't find any mistakes in it.

This is a great book for kids ages 4-7, and I think adults can take something away from it as well.
