Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul in Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids provide a glimpse into what heaven is like through the eyes of a child. The story begins with Emma, an eight-year-old girl, who dreams of being taken up into heaven. Emma shares with her family the things she sees, hears and feels in her dreams about heaven. Who better to explain the characteristics of heaven than through the eyes of a kid with child-like faith? Jesus speaks of the great value of children and their simple faith.

I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the way the words flowed peacefully. I was interested to know how heaven would be approached in this story and how meaningful it would be for children, especially my grandchildren. The story is written in a way that children can understand. As an adult, there is detail in the book that I had never connected with personally about heaven when studying other texts. Bible references were included to validate the points in the story.

The graphics in the book were very pleasing to the eye. Some places where the text was layered on a white background were difficult to read. It certainly did not affect the message of the story.

Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is a great book to sit and read along with children who may have questions about heaven. It can also encourage kids who may have lost loved ones and are seeking comfort. I highly recommend this book for children because it describes heaven well, and it offers an excellent way for adults to discuss death with children. Adults will enjoy this uplifting story as well. I have recently been trying to picture what heaven is like, and the information in this book answered many of my questions.

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul have created a book on heaven that children can understand. It has quality content that will encourage children and adults. Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids is a relaxing and teachable read about heaven. My grandchildren will enjoy this book. I did not notice any errors.
