The children's book I Love You 10!, written by Ruth Baird, is adorable. A young girl who considers ten to be the greatest number ever says "I love you ten" to her family and friends after proudly counting to ten.

Reading about this young girl's pride in her accomplishment of counting to ten and her love for her loved ones will warm your heart. The drawings look realistic, but they also have vivid colours and the look of having been coloured with pencils. The text is straightforward and short, which is appropriate for the target audience's young age. At the book's conclusion, the author throws in some extra-enjoyable topics to discuss.

I think this is a great way to introduce your child to the concept of love and the various forms it can take. My son was about those ages displayed in the book, and I found myself smiling throughout it at the author's clever ending and the imaginative pictures. The author's inclusion of a list of activities for readers of all ages was a nice touch, and I hope to see more of them in children's books in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like about this book, so I'm giving it a perfect score of five out of five stars. The book ended exactly how it needed to, and the bonus list at the back was the icing on the cake. The book's illustrations were another thing that stood out to me as a highlight for me while reading it. In my opinion, the book has been edited to perfection, as I found zero mistakes while reading it.

I think that all kids between the ages of one and eight would benefit from reading this book. This book addresses a topic that every child, regardless of their age, ought to go through at some point in their lives.

I think my little niece would like to know the bonus list at the back; it sounds exciting and promises a fun read. I like the cover of the book and I'm pretty sure my 4-year-old niece would love it as there is a cat. Thanks for your lovely review, Christell!

Although i’ve never read this book before, from the description given it sounds like a cute and enjoyable book to read to a kid.
