What is your first reaction when I say the word "poop"?
Does it make you frown, chuckle, or envision something? Or do you squeeze your nose with your thumb and index finger, indicating how disgusting it smells?

Well, we all have diverse responses based on our experiences and cultural influences.

As for me, the word "poop" makes me chuckle whenever I hear of it, and sometimes I even enjoy cracking some terrible jokes about it, which is why Mark Hendriksen's book, All Animals Poo and We Do Too, attracted me instantly, and I'm so glad that I picked it up because it was simply awesome and entertaining.

While the book targets children, it's equally engaging for adults. The author wonderfully takes the readers on an A-Z journey through the world of poop.

To illustrate, the book follows an alphabetical structure where A represents ants, B signifies bears, C represents cats, and so forth. Beginning with ants, the author delves into their poop habits, elaborating on how, when, and where they engage in this process. Along this educational journey, readers are treated to a wealth of informative tidbits related to both the animal kingdom and the broader world.

I enjoyed reading this book so much that I rate it 5 out of 5 stars, and I will give you five concrete reasons to support my rating:

1. The book is fun, entertaining, and informative all at the same time.
2. The book is filled with vibrant illustrations, which makes it visually appealing.
3. The book includes humor that even adults will enjoy.
4. The A-Z format is clever and engaging.
5. It imparts knowledge through interesting facts and idioms.

What more does one need in a good book?

Allow me to share some of my favorite jokes from the book:

1. "Why don't farts go to school?"
It is because they keep getting expelled.

2. "What is big, brown, and hides itself behind a wall?"
Humpty's Dumpty.

3. Here's another: Parents often say, "You'll never truly appreciate what you have until it's gone."
Toilet paper is a good example.

Didn't these jokes tickle your funny bone?
Well, there are many more in the book!

Also, did you know that nightingale poop is used in many expensive anti-wrinkle creams?
No, right?

And here's another fascinating tidbit: Owls possess not one, but two stomachs. They poop from their rear ends and also cough up indigestible pellets from their mouths, containing things like fur. I bet you didn't know that either!

However, I'm sure by now you know how interesting this book is, right?
Personally, I just loved it!

So, what are you waiting for?
Just pick up this amazing book right now!

I laughed when I saw the title. However, I’m not in to visually read about poop. It sounds like a great children’s book though. Thanks for a great review.

The inclusion of vibrant illustrations is a definite plus, making the book visually appealing and enhancing the overall reading experience. And speaking of humor, those jokes shared in the review are just a taste of the humor found within the pages of the book. It's clear that the author has a knack for combining learning with laughter.
