Review of Stevie Tenderheart Books A Second Kiss Goodnight (A Bedtime Story)
Children climbed out of their beds, bobbed their heads through the open windows, and pressed their bodies against the window sills. Outside was a long line of animals and creatures, and their shadows danced on the street in the dim light. Moments later, these animals were all over the place, rushing and hitting trees, streetlights, poles, and everything in their way. All these were headed to Stevie's house. We all know Stevie hates going to bed while it's still daylight, and he loves dreaming, but what was the long line of animals about this time?
The Stevie Tenderheart Books series contains the perfect stories for your child's bedtime. Stevie Tenderheart Books: A Second Kiss Goodnight (A Bedtime Story) is one of these, but better. It is full of humor and the secrets of a good night's sleep, including Stevie's secrets. It engages the listener in the conversations, and there are points of discussion children would love to talk about all over the book. (You'll never guess how many fingers and toes Stevie has.) Children will have to learn the difference between creatures and animals and get to know what animals do when the sun goes down.
Not only are there secrets and humor in this book, but William also helps teach children what to do when they are going to bed and when they wake up. This is done in a fun way that will help them perform simple tasks that some parents may be at a loss for how to go about. Parents will also get a couple of lessons from this book for the proper growth and development of their kids. There is also a new mysterious acronym that children will find enthralling.
I rate Stevie Tenderheart Books: A Second Kiss Goodnight (A Bedtime Story) by Steve William Laible 5 out of 5 stars. This book deserves to be read by every generation because there are some unspoken rules that children have to learn that make it even more fun. It is perfectly edited, and I had nothing negative to point out or any other aspect that I'd recommend.
The ending of this book is tremendously educational. It contains different quotes about children and life penned by world-renowned people. Learning some new things from these quotes will teach parents the importance of childhood and how to care for their children. I recommend this book to all children, especially as a bedtime story. Parents will learn many lessons, as I have already mentioned in this review.
