Review of Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids
"Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids" by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is a wonderful children's book that tells a story about faith and family. The book focuses on Emma, an eight-year-old girl who has amazing dreams about visiting heaven. In her dreams, she explores heaven with her younger sister, Bella, and then shares her adventures with her family.
Emma and Bella have parents who teach them about God’s love. Every night, their parents read the Bible and pray with them, creating a strong bond and a routine of faith. One morning, Emma wakes up excitedly to tell her family about her dream. She describes seeing beautiful places in heaven and meeting famous Bible characters like Noah and Esther. She even talks about seeing hell, making her family listen with awe and curiosity.
One of the best things about this book is how it makes complex religious ideas easy for kids to understand. The authors use simple language that young readers can follow. The colourful illustrations help bring Emma’s dreams to life, making the story even more engaging. Kids can see what Emma describes, which helps them connect with the story better.
The book does a great job of showing a loving and supportive family. Emma and Bella’s parents are always there to listen and encourage their children’s curiosity about faith. This not only teaches kids about God but also shows how important it is to talk about their experiences and questions with family.
I found this book to be very well-written and free of any mistakes. The story flows smoothly, making it a pleasure to read. The messages in the book are positive and uplifting. It teaches kids to be kind, follow God’s teachings, and understand the difference between good and bad behaviour.
What I appreciate most is that the book encourages children to be curious about their faith and ask questions. It shows that learning about God can be an exciting adventure. The story also reassures children that making good choices leads to happiness and peace, much like the bliss Emma experiences in her dreams of heaven.
In conclusion, I highly recommend "Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids" to parents and caregivers. It’s a fantastic book for children aged 3 to 10, offering them a chance to learn about God’s love in a fun and engaging way. The story is not only entertaining but also educational, making it a great addition to any child’s bookshelf.
I give this book 5 out of 5 stars for its delightful storytelling, beautiful illustrations, and meaningful lessons that will stay with young readers. I didn't dislike anything in this book after reading it.
