Family and friends are the most important people in our lives. And so it is important to learn how to take care of the people we call our family or friends. NICO by Marlene Rattigan is a children's illustrated story book designed to teach kids how to take care of their pets and loved ones.

Nico was a bird that lived with Kim and her family. It served as their pet bird and was always around Kim, making her and her friends happy. He enjoyed singing, talking, and making Kim happy. During the summer vacation, Kim and her mother were away from home most of the time, which left Nico very sad and lonely. Read the story to learn how Nico was able to handle this challenge.

I absolutely loved the story. It is a beautifully illustrated book with vivid and brilliant drawings, which makes it very realistic and interesting to read. The pictures in the book were coloured in bright and vivid colours, making them very attractive and enjoyable, especially for children. The book also contains a lot of morals for the young ones, teaching them how to love and care for their pets. It also shows the power and importance of friendship. I particularly loved the simple writing style employed by the author, which makes the story very easy for any reader to understand, especially little children. It is an amazing read.

I did not dislike anything about the story. It is a beautifully crafted story with moral lessons for children to learn. I particularly loved the fact that it is a very short read, which makes it a perfect book for children's bedtime stories. The story was written in a clear and simple way, and I found no grammatical or spelling errors while reading it, making it a seamless read. I totally loved and enjoyed the short story and its beautiful illustrations.

I rate this book five out of five stars for its amazingly written and beautifully illustrated story. The book was professionally edited, and I found no grammatical or spelling errors while reading it. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for young readers looking for a beautifully written and illustrated story with valuable moral lessons. I also highly recommend this book as a bedtime story for young children. This is a really good and interesting children's storybook.
