This book was adorable and a great way to appreciate ones body when they get older. I read it to my one year old son he loved the pictures. I enjoyed the art as well, the story is very cute. I am always in the look out for a good children’s book. This book would be a great book for children to practice reading as well. The writing is not over complicated, a child can actually comprehend the story so children would appreciate it. Since the book is full of color and I like colorful books when it comes to children stories so that the children can use their imagination as well, and it just helps further the story along to bring it to life. I felt the artist the illustrator did a great job with that and didn’t make the batty wings scary. Most of the time when you see bats it’s in a Halloween story, but I felt that the way he drew the bats in this one very family friendly. I really enjoyed it.
