Christmas is a time when everyone comes together to celebrate. This book has different poems that discuss Christmas, which would help children picture and understand what the season is about and how it is meant to be celebrated.

No Sense Christmas Poems for Children by M.J. Cousins contains 25 unique poems that will teach children a lot about Christmas. In this book, we get to read the first poem, "The Letter to Santa," which talks about sacrifices and gifting. "Echo the Elf and Charity the Dog" also emphasize helping each other. There are other poems that, after reading this book, children would learn many lessons about the season and life in general.

This book is based on Christmas poems, and I like that it helped broaden my knowledge about Christmas. I understand that it is beyond gift exchange and celebrations and more about sacrifice and putting others first. The book has different short poems that will not bore the target readers, who are children. The illustrator, Danielle Stephen, also did a good job adding beautiful images to this book. I like that the book will educate children on how to behave by treating each other with love and so many more. Also, this book will encourage readers never to give up no matter the situation, as we saw in Nicky, who always dreamt of being part of Santa's team. I like that each poem is dedicated to a particular group of people, which makes them stand out. The story of "Little Mouse and the Big Stocking" got to me more because it teaches children to be content with what they have.

I have no dislike for this book, as it contains a lot of useful information, and I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I encountered no error, which proves it was exceptionally edited, and I recommend it to families that celebrate Christmas.
