I love a good historical fiction. The premise, where the owners of the tavern go missing, made me intrigued. Thanks for the review!

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I’m not usually a fan of historical fiction or gang related stories, but the mystery and supernatural elements you described has grabbed my attention. I look forward to adding this book to my reading list.

The Prohibition-era is not something I've learned about at school because I am not American. I'm sure that having to read and learn about this period in history would be very interesting. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

I love a book with detailed descriptions. It brings the characters and plot to life. It's almost like having an omnipresence. Thanks for a great review.

Historical fiction is definitely my genre and a detailed, long story sounds like something that would bring me joy for a longer time period 😀 thank you for the lovely review!
what is the cause of their disappearance ? congrats on this episode/
