I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out the mystery that surrounds the tavern and what happens to Joey and what is the roles of the two sisters in all of these. I like suspense stories and this seems to be right up my alley.

This book looks really interesting. I love the mystery that seem to dominate the book. What really happened to the owners? Who or what is responsible for their disappearance? I guess I’ll have to read to get answers.

A mystery with seemingly supernatural elements combined with the story of immigrants sounds interesting. :D

This book sounds captivating. The first chapter had an almost spooky undercurrent, and I'm glad to hear that this mysterious tone continues throughout the book. Another intriguing point is the historical and cultural backdrop -- Polish immigrants in Chicago during Prohibition. I am enticed to keep reading. Thanks for the wonderful review!

I don't like drawn-out books, so I will pass on this one. I like that there are references to Polish culture though; learning about different cultures through books is very exciting! Thanks for the review. :)

Although I'm not the biggest fan of historical fiction books, the mystery in the book sounds phenomenal. The review did a great job at not revealing information that could help predict the outcome of this case. :D

The review keeps the details short and direct. It is a good way of getting a reader's interest. The book appears great and amazing, especially with the account of missing person (s) and then some information about the supernatural. One could pick it for a read. Nice job.

'Official Review: Trapped in Glass' by Pam Records is a useful commentary on the story revolving around two sisters of Polish ancestry for readers. It well describes the engaging story of dark adventure for the benefit of new readers. The point that the mysterious saga unfolds against a vividly painted historical context involving Chicago's infamous gang wars is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the supernatural elements involved in the story add texture to it, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. Nice to learn that the author's use of language is captivating and the story is touching!

I find the supernatural elements of this story intriguing and want to find out why Auggie and Joey went missing just because they were the owners of The Corner.

I find this book intriguing, what is happening at the tavern that the owners keep disappearing?
The book sounds like it has likable, realistic characters, and I enjoy that very much when reading a book.
