It's a good review. The story of Charlene and how she finds resolution for her problems through hearing about her parents'lives .It's a heartwarming story about family .Historical fiction is not my first pick in terms of genres, but I am interested to read this book.

Wow my type of read with great themes on unity and love in family, dealing with heartbreaking loss of loved ones and the question we all ask "is death really the end?" There is hope for every situation even death .Great review

I think Rhett G. Wintch author of this review "I'll Point to Heaven," has inspire me to read this book. He has written something that readers will endure, how well it is asking a parent for help when something in your life has tragically happened. The parent reflects back to a past life, growing up with four siblings when something may have happened tragically, very much the same as the character seeking help. I hope it has helped in the end, since I have not yet read the book to know.

A wonderful historical fiction that highlights family values, unity, hard work, courage and integrity. Well written and professionally edited. Great review too.

I initially thought this was an overly religious-type book and was already poised to dismiss it. Thanks to the review, it turns out to be totally different, in fact, one of my favorite genres. I look forward to reading all about the four friends and how they impacted each other's lives. Thanks for the enlightening review.

From the cover, I would have expected this book to be nonfiction, not historical fiction. I like that it's kind of a story within a story, with Charlene's father as the narrator. Thanks for this thoughtful review!

Your review was good, but I think I'll pass on this one. Not in the mood for homilies just now.

The book I' ll point to heaven is about Charlene who is despair of the death of hhis husband. She goes to her father and ask him what he dealt with all the pain and sorrow after his wife i.e. her mother died. It's neither a fiction nor a action or fantasy story. As a true reader, I can feel the depth of the story. I also have someone special in life. Whom I love very much. I also care about him. It's really a nice book. It really is worth to be the book of the day.

A 72 years old woman who is hurt and in despair because of the sudden lost of her husband. Losing someone dear is not easy. One would need the help of people around them to get through. They would need the love of their family and close friends to get through. Amazing review.

The book sounds to be heart-touching and very emotional. I would like to read it sometimes. The pain of loss is so inevitable and it has no timetable that will show when it will end. I am definitely up for the insights shared in this book.

Thanks for the review.

It is a little sad and a lot inspiring. Author wrote about true values in life and how appreciated must be the thing most of us took for granted.

According to the review, the plot seems interesting but I don't think I would read it for the time being. I would definitely recommend this to my friends though.
